Jonathan Pikoff

Jonathan A. Pikoff is an Advisory Board member of TLA.  Mr. Pikoff is one of the few U.S attorneys (licensed to practice law in Texas) to have studied the full 5-year program to be licensed to practice law in Mexico.  Mr. Pikoff has nearly 30 years of experience of living and working in Mexico on cross-border matters.  The focus of his legal practice is foreign investment, real estate and corporate issues.

Mr. Pikoff arrived in Mexico in 1989 and initially worked with the Mexican law firm Von Wobeser & Sierra, S.C., before joining the Texas-based law firm of Winstead Sechrest and Minick, P.C.  Mr. Pikoff established the Mexico City office of Winstead Sechrest and Minick, P.C., prior to founding his own law firm in 1996.  In 2005, Mr. Pikoff expanded his law firm to include an office in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico focused on resort property investment.
