From large residential master planned communities to hotels to maquiladoras, we have tailored customized escrow agreements and solutions to fit the needs of development projects. We can work with municipalities that may require funds to be posted in order to facilitate certain developments. Prior to engaging with developer clients, we perform a detailed analysis of the proposed project and its needs. We generally require that our developer clients commit to monthly or bi-monthly meetings with us to review escrow agreements, accounts and procedures for the project. Our processes are designed to ensure that the escrow procedure is secure, efficient and manageable for the developer, related buyers and TLA.
