Frank W. Busch III co-founded TLA in 2014 and serves as a Managing Partner of the firm. He has served as the President and Chief Executive of Thomas Title & Escrow, an affiliate of TLA, since 2006. Previously, Mr. Busch served as Corporate Counsel of a $4 billion bank holding company, where he was primarily responsible for advising the bank and its affiliates on M&A, regulatory matters, credit decisions and structuring supplier relationships.
From 2000 to 2002, he was a corporate and securities lawyer in the Phoenix office of Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., one of the largest firms in the Western U.S. He advised public and private companies in M&A, debt and equity issuances, securitizations and venture capital financings. Prior to Snell & Wilmer, he worked in the Mexico City office of the international law firm Baker & McKenzie. Mr. Busch is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the State Bar of California. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
