As Chief Operating Officer of TLA, Erin oversees the company’s daily business operations and strategic growth initiatives. With a diverse background spanning financial services, mortgage banking and management consulting, she brings extensive expertise in operational efficiency, risk management, and corporate strategy.

Prior to joining TLA, Erin served as Senior Vice President at a national commercial title agency, providing financial and operational oversight. She also led corporate-wide strategic initiatives for a national mortgage bank with a loan volume of $3.7 billion. Her leadership experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer for an e-commerce startup catering to community association management firms.

Erin’s career also includes managing legal, risk management, operations, technology and human resources at a regional bank holding company, as well as working as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Economics, graduating summa cum laude from DePauw University.
