Hannah is a seasoned compliance and operations leader with expertise in financial services, escrow and technology. As Director of Compliance & Special Projects at TLA, she oversees the company’s compliance framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while leading initiatives to enhance AML protocols and operational efficiency.

Previously, Hannah served as Vice President of Operations at Thomas Title & Escrow, where she managed accounting, audit, HR and IT functions while spearheading corporate expansions, technology implementations and ALTA Best Practices compliance. Since beginning her career in 2008, she has developed a reputation for optimizing processes, mitigating risk and driving strategic initiatives.

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Gonzaga University and brings a results-driven approach to ensuring TLA’s compliance and operational excellence.
