As Director of Escrow Operations, Natasha leads escrow operations, focusing on training the team on best-in-class processes and procedures that drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Natasha also oversees complex real estate and corporate transactions, including large-scale real estate developments, integrating custom escrow services while enhancing client engagement and collaboration.

She brings over a decade of experience in real estate and financial services, spanning the U.S. title and escrow industry, corporate escrow services, and 1031 exchange services on both domestic and international levels.

Natasha holds a Master’s Degree in Linguistics from Chuvash State Pedagogical University and is fluent in English and Russian, allowing her to bring a global perspective and effective communication skills to her leadership role.
