Her career includes senior leadership roles such as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer at Consultores Técnicos, Matemáticos y Actuarios in Mexico City, where she oversaw payroll services, ensured compliance with labor laws and successfully migrated operations to cloud infrastructure. Zinia has also worked as an independent business analyst, customizing Salesforce solutions for payroll management companies.
With experience spanning finance, construction materials and technology sectors, Zinia specializes in optimizing processes, creating innovative strategies, and enhancing customer experiences. Fluent in Spanish and English, she holds certifications in Salesforce Administration and Human-Centered Innovation from IDEO, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Restoration of Art from the Escuela Nacional de Conservación, Restauración y Museografía in Mexico.
